What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery will be calculated on each item at checkout, based on your address. We send our items via local reputable courier companies to your door, across South Africa. Extreme outlying areas might incur additional costs, which will be communicated to you via email once we receive your order. Shipping on custom orders will be calculated and added on to the total order cost. Download our shipping and returns policy at the link at the bottom of our page.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Pay via direct EFT, Zapper, or Credit Card, or Payfast. Send us a message if there is a payment method you’d like to use, perhaps we can make a plan.

How long will delivery take?

We manufacture most of our items to order, so when you place something in your cart and confirm your order, we are making it just for you! For this reason, please allow us some time to manufacture your items. Average lead times are 1-2 weeks for smaller items, and 4-6 weeks for large items. Once an item is dispatched, it should take 1-5 business days to get to you, unless the courier has a problem getting hold of you.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We only use authorised, secure payment methods.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We’ll get an email notification with your order, then we will put it into production in our workshop. Sometimes we might need to order in materials for less frequently ordered items. We then go through the process of working the timber and steel, powder coating and upholstery work, to manufacture your custom item. We’re a small but efficient team that takes great pride and care in each order. Once the order is complete, it will be inspected and wrapped for delivery day.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

The email you receive acts as your invoice, if you need specific personal or company details on your invoice, please pop us a mail with your order number and we can generate that for you.
